Olo Inc., an on-demand commerce platform, to acquire Wisely Inc., a customer intelligence and engagement platform that enables restaurant brands to personalize the customer experience
With the $ 187 million acquisition, Olo will expand its platform to include Wisely’s suite of customer intelligence products, giving a restaurant brand the power to organize an optimal technology stack from a portfolio Expanded solutions in conjunction with solutions from Olo’s open ecosystem from more than 100 technology partners, according to a press release.
The transaction is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2021.
